What the app stores
Your worksheet lives on your device. If you’re signed in to iCloud, it’s also kept in your iCloud account so your other devices see it. We can’t read it; Apple’s iCloud key-value storage is between you and Apple.
Coach pages
If you tap Send to coach, the app uploads your worksheet and the name you entered to a server we run on Cloudflare, and shows it at a private link. Anyone who has that link can view the page. Turn off the coach page in the app at any time and that copy is deleted.
Coaches who use the dashboard get a random token stored in a cookie. It identifies their list of clients and nothing else.
What we don’t do
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no accounts, no third-party SDKs. The contact picker runs outside the app and only passes back the phone number you choose; the app never reads your contacts.
