How it works
Everything you type saves as you go. Switch years from the title. Tap a goal to set its progress and add notes. Star the goal that matters most.
Sharing with a coach
Share → Send to coach picks a contact and opens Messages with a private link. The page stays current as you edit. Share → Turn off coach page deletes it.
Coaches: open any client’s link and tap Add to my clients to see everyone on one page at /coach.
Other devices
Sign in to the same iCloud account and the worksheet appears there too, usually within a minute.
